Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will be able to see the shipping cost before you place your order.
Shipping Times
Most orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days depending on the status of the stock. For custom orders, we will take 7 to 10 business days to ship your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in Australia and New Zealand only. We also do custom projects that can be shipped to the UAE, UK and Europe.
United Arab Emirates Orders — Import Duties and Taxes
Orders may be shipped from our fulfilment locations in Australia or India and are supplied on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.
Prices and shipping charges paid at checkout do not include UAE import VAT, customs duties, customs-clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other destination charges. The customer is responsible for paying all applicable import charges directly to the courier, customs authority, or appointed customs broker before delivery.
The courier may contact the recipient to request identification, documentation, or payment. Customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.
By placing an order for delivery to the United Arab Emirates, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for all applicable import requirements and charges.
